At booksprig, we want every book you receive to be a perfect match for your bookshelf. We understand that sometimes it isn’t. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and supportive for our community of readers.

Our 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, starting from the day your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to process a return.

How to Start a Return: A Simple Guide

  1. Get in Touch: Please send an email to our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return (e.g., wrong book, change of heart).

  2. We’ll Reply with a Plan: Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly. You will receive detailed instructions and our US-based return shipping address via email within 1-2 business days.

  3. Ship Your Book Back: Once you have the instructions, securely package the item and ship it to the US address we provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original, unread, and resalable condition.

  • Please note that gift cards and any items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

The Financial Details: Refunds & Costs

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns due to a “change of heart,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: We believe in fairness. There are no restocking fees.

Our Quality Promise: Damaged or Incorrect Books

We personally inspect every book before it ships. In the rare case that a book arrives damaged from its travels or is not the title you ordered, we will make it right.

  2. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will personally arrange to send a replacement copy or issue a full refund at our expense.

  • Exchanges: The most efficient way to exchange a book is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

  • Order Cancellations: An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
